Assessment – using multiple data points allows to gain in-depth insight into each leader, allowing precision in our approach.
Development Planning and Design – we’ve created a proprietary plan and coaching guide that allows us to work on what matters and measure results.
Coaching – by investing an intensive six months to a year on development initially, most leaders maintain a monthly coaching meeting to continue to fine tune their development as the organization is evolving.
Group Leadership Modules
Our research shows there are six core competencies that equip leaders to navigate accelerated growth more effectively. Our proprietary modules in each of these areas allow leadership teams to increase their growth in this area. Many of our clients choose to complement coaching with these modules at the beginning of the development process journey. It also provides a common code as they work together to take the organization to the next level.
Organizational Strategy Development
Many pre-rapid and rapid growth organizations haven’t taken the time to define their vision, mission and values, or their strategic thrusts for the next stage of growth. Often our clients need an Execution Process Map to guide them toward their goals. Without these as a compass, it can be difficult to keep the team focused on the bigger purpose and key areas of focus to which everything else needs to connect. We work with executive teams and business partners to define and often refine the strategic plan, illuminating the clear path for the future.
